Bruno is a wonderful person.
He is a very kind, simple and generous person. I am happy to have met him and appreciate how willing he was to share his stories and experiences with me.

Bruno lambasted french politics with me over MSG filled chinese food :D

Firstly I met Bruno during the Sinterklaas meeting in Rotterdam and the week after in Lyon for the festival of light 2007 during which we took time to talk each other. He is nice and he's a CS passionned. He explained to me many things from the CS project and he is very interesting. So I hope to see you soon, you are welcomed to Lille !

I met Bruno at the Sinterklaas meeting. He was hosted by Frederiecke like us. He's a very sympathetic guy who's got a lot of travel stories to tell... He also knows how to talk to women...

first I met Bruno in Toronto where I hosted him during our gap year... then we met each other in Paris our city its a pleasure to meet each other everytime on different place : Toronto Paris Lyon Rotterdam... to be continued...

Heh, Brouno, my chocoholic mate!! ;) Bruno is a soul of the company - like talking and always have something to say! I apprecaite a lot this guy and hope to meet him soon again in inexpected place as we always do! :p

It's cool to meet fellow Parisians in another city, and more when they are as cool as Bruno. I really enjoyed this week-end and promise we'll share a bunch of meetings on *our* city of Lights :)

Bruno stayed with my friend Freetje in her new house together with some other Frencies, so i bumped into him a lot during this weekend. And i did not mind cause he seems to be a great guy!

Bruno is a early bird like me so he did shopping for breakfast with me. A very polite person who is fun to be with and has humor. maybe I see him in Paris during New Year.

As i spoke to Bruno more than four minutes, i can maybe ask him to become a couchsurfin' friend, isn't it ? Steff told me he's a nice guy, and i agree with it since friday's meeting !

Damn that guy is tough! He has some really good advice on sleeping in the most improbable positions but he does have his limits : he didn't go to sleep in SuperYami's room !
Right now, I am slowly changing my lifestyle from a unbelievable comfort into a simple adaptable one. Bruno is sure a great counselor in that quest.

Bruno is the traveller you all dream to become.. the kind of person i admire but promiss i wont open your fanclub yet !! i am more than happy to have met such a kind of person !! bruno will always be the simple guy that fits peacefully and quietly in any environment. i like the zen attitude he gained from its already big tour and i am sure he will be glad to get more relaxations lessons soon if he goes back to china.. in the meantime, had an excellent time between its place and an amazing choco latte in paris chinatown..

I am sorry to say that there was a significant misunderstanding that occurred while he was at my place and in the end I know that we both felt awkward. I know that I was annoyed and felt that he more than overstayed his welcome and did not leave when I asked him to. It made me uncomfortable.

Bruno is a very willing guy, with this piece of craziness that i like so much. travelling with two other people is not simple everytime (especially with me!!) but I guess we manage it well, and it was a pleasure. hope to see you here in Toulouse!

We first met through the Parisian CS community and Bruno slowly became one of my good friends in Paris - he's very reliable and his flat is a little heaven, clean, tidy and the view over Paris is simply gorgeous (23rd floor...)
Plus Bruno is a really great and interesting guy. We share lots of focuses of interest and of debates on the various aspects of life. He is truly caring and willing to chat and help out when my own mind gets confused :) Feel like he is kind of the "elder brother" I never had - willing to help and support me. I enjoy a lot to hang around with you Bruno, and even though life is not all blue skies and things are not always as smooth as we wish, I've appreciated to travel with you this year, and I definitely look forward that you come visit us in Toulouse! Bruno is a very peaceful globe trotter, actually he is a good representative of the "zen attitude". He has many interesting stories to tell about his numerous trips around the world. Actually he is a person I would like to travel with in the future. Hope to meet him soon again or host him in my little town who knows. Good luck for your next trips.

During the frenetic days at the Collective was impossible to get in touch with every one and unluckily with Bruno I had few times to go deep inside his personality. By the way I remember great evenings with easy talking in the kitchen, where he prepared those peppers (that I love) and kindly offered to every one the Iceland's "liquor from Hell" (Brennevin! :)). Not less, he did great photos, excellent! Don't worry man, we'll have our time in Paris! Take care! Update: then we met again in Paris right before leaving for his trip around the world and at the paella 2007 event right after his landing back in Europe. He's cheerfully outgoing and now with many stories to share from our big little world!

We first met at the Collective in Eisenstadt and then we surfed the same couch in Vienna. A year later he joined the CouchSurfing Paella 2007 and now he also looks better with his long hair :-) Thanks for the wine mate!

Met Bruno in Paris, having some parties with him, met him last week end in switzerland for the official Paella Party.

I didn't reconize him for the first time. 10 Month of Backpacking chane you a lot in the good way.

If you succeed to stay in the same country more than one month, we will probably see us again soon :)

Bruno has been the first one to introduce me to the core side of the community. To me, before that, CS was only a great system to travel while making friends araound the world.
Now is something different i really will to be part of.
He told me about the Collective and he listened to my stories, answering my question with a real flexibility and interest.
I got the feeling he is a really considerate person and also helpful about what is supposed to be done.
It's a person of facts, not only words. A person who like being helpful rather than sitting there beside the scene.
I'm really happy to had the chance to meet him and, even if it's just been for few hours, i don't feel unconfortable by considering him a friend.

When Bruno arrived on the scene, that's when the collective started to really work again. The guy is straightforward, friendly, confident, and knows how to get things done. He's super-respectful, thorough, and creative. An invaluable addition to any team, and a satisfying person to spend time with. I hope I am lucky enough to have the opportunity again.

I hosted Bruno for his first 3 days in Japan, but didn't have time to hang out with him. It was nice that I could see him again in Tokyo after his trip around Japan. What he's experienced is really cool, he is a polite and nice guy. Hope to see him and his cool mates in Paris.

I enjoyed exploring Kunming with Bruno as he showed me all the sites I had been missing. Then we continued thejourney onward to Dali. Rainbow bakery, Dragonfly Garden, and good food. Thanks for the company Bruno and enjoy the rest of your travels!

Bruno is a great guy. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to get to know each other. Hopefully we will run into each other at future collectives.

His laugh often caused even more laughter, His generosity made me smile, and his endless chatter made many hours of driving enjoyable. We even found a wallab..um, a Roo in the wild :) I am yet to see the drinking feats he claims, so I will have to track him down again. It'll be great fun

For the one night that Bruno stayed with me in little Kabe, I thoroughly enjoyed his company, willingness to fix my computer, tips on photography, and inspiration to travel the globe. A BIG misunderstanding the next day, but I sincerely appreciated his communication after he left to set things straight which I know most people would not even bother to do- arigatou and good luck on your job in Hokkaido.

I emailed him first because I found him quite intresting guy. We went drinking on his last night in Tokyo. He was more hilarioust than I expected. He is so open, someone easy to talk to. I felt his passion, energy. Although it was short time, but I really had a goodtime thanks to him.

There are several things that I liked about Bruno during our work in Eisenstadt. First, he seems the person who really cares about the idea of CS - helping each other and having fun - not about having an "important place" in the comunity. Second - he's very patient, tolerant and thoughtful in the discussions. The third - he's a good cooker who enjoys others enjoying his cousine :). Obviously, it must be real fun to be hosted by him, as well as having him as guest. Looking forward to meet him again.

Bruno got in touch on Saturday morning, looking for a place to stay that evening, I was up for it as long as he was up for a party. Worked out well ;-) Good guy to have around. Hope to get to know him better.

Bruno was a fabulous guest! We had a great time exploring the wilds of Northern Japan and he was such a great sport about everything! He`s welcome on my couch at anytime!

bruno has these loads of energies he will either spend in talking, eating amazing combinations of chocolate in the morning, talking again, generally: being passionate about live. we enjoyed his presence so very much - although we couldn't do as much talking as we wanted to ;) - merci beaucoup for saving miriams thumb anyway!

he is very sweet, he gives off good vibes for sure. i very much enjoyed his company at the cliffs, although i dont feel it was enough time to really get to know him well. he was always in a good mood and seemed very positive, he also introduced the group to the warewolf game, which is absolutely hilarious!

Despite all our differences Bruno and I learned to get along with each other and I'm so glad we did. He is a great person to talk to and laughs all the time. I really hope we'll get to see each other again somewhere in this world :D Big hugs wherever you are :D

First we picked Bruno up as a Hitchhicker and then stayed with him at the Collective in Nelson. He is a very fun Person...we did a bid of Sightseeing together, saw the Pancake Rocks, climbed over them as well...I'm shure we will meet again one day!

Bruno was always hard at work at the collective...at least he made it look that way =) We had a few good chats and ate dinners together at the house.

Bruno is an extremely interesting and diverse guy who's traveled a lot and warm, genuine and easygoing. I met him at the CSC in Nelson, and will always picture him lying on his couch and working on the computer.Helpful ,considerate, resourceful and hardworking, Bruno is also someone who has a way of creeping into your heart with his unique "brunoness" and passion for CS. bruno, how could i have not left you a reference? i first met bruno when we shared couchsurfers, then in a bar, then in another bar, then, i think in a few more bars, then at his house, then again and again, and now he's gone, satisfying his "wanderlust" and i never realized how much different life would be without him until he left. bruno is a vital part of any community, wherever he should be, bruno is, as the irish would say "the salt of the earth", i'm not irish, but there is really no better way to describe him. Please, fellow couchsurfers, take care of this very,very special person.

It has now been months and months and months..... and i worry if i will ever see him again, Bruno, don't you know how much we miss you?????

it was a pleasure to share a house with bruno. he is an interesting person, not afraid to share his thoughts and dreams, and also a listener i felt i could confide my thoughts to. i hope to meet him again along the way.

We met at a CS barbecue in Sydney and later did a daytrip to the Blue Mountains together. Bruno was really fun to talk to and full of information. I hope our paths will cross again on our travels.

One of the funkiest and nicest person i ever met, he has an admirable sense of tolerance and brillant sense of humour. What i like above all is his capacity to narrate stories, absolutely fascinating, i could listen to him for hours (si,si), some of you may have already ave had thi deligtfule experience. I could go on and on in compliments, but as he's already got this tendency to loose ground since he started paragliding, I'll stop there and recommend you to meet him asap if he crosses your road. He's an experience to himself ;)

If you play werewolves with Bruno, you will have lots of fun... and you should kill him immediately! HE IS THE WEREWOLF!!! He's also wonderful to talk with and full of passionate energy. I'm very glad I got to know him! Even if he did bite me.

Bruno! Merci merci to have ran through countries at the peril of your life just to come see me, NZ and the Collective all together: we miss you! (me, NZ and the Collective). Bruno's a perfect guest but beware! he'll play role games and you'll see wolves rushing in your living room. You'll be welcome anytime Bruno, on any facette of this tiny globe of ours.

Being around Bruno fills up your soul. He is a wonderful human being who can laugh like no one I know. Make him teach you about werewolves! Just don't give him anything to work on or he will not eat or sleep until its done and there is a permanent impression on your couch! Take it easy my friend!

Bruno is a valuable asset to Couchsurfing. His work on The European Collectives reflects his ability to think deeply and clearly about issues that most others just put in the 'too hard' basket. I am delighted to have met him.

I met Bruno and his friend whilst they were traveling through Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. It was great to catch up with him even though it was for a very short period of time. Thanks for the coffee...and I hope you have a great time touring the other parts of South East Asia. Take care & pop on by again soon!

Bruno...the OTHER french dude who I could understand very clearly :D He's always in his corner with his laptop and i'm always fleeting around in mine..till i went into THE ROOM. Occasionally we'd bump into each other, doing the dishes in the kitchen and ask how our day went. He's funny and always up to making ppl laugh in his own unique way. Hopefully we'll bump into each other again in future :)

Met Bruno was very good, he's so nice and easy going. He is really friendly I can see why he has so many friends around the world.He is and adventurous traveler he has done so many things and he is able to capture just the right moment in his photos.

Bruno went with Oscar, Emily and me on a one day trip to Irazú Volcano (Cartago, CR) . I think we all enjoyed it.
Then we stoped at my house in for lunch and share with my family!
