There's few people I've shared so much with in the past year as I have with Jeff. He's a good friend and definitively the reasonable thinker he looks ;) as well as a good soccer player, tireless hiker, motorcycle driver, software engineer and friend. Don't doubt to extend to him a couch and/or a meal! Surf his place if you can!

Jeff was very active and indirectly influenced me to participate in the next marathon. If you get a chance, try one of his pinneapple-basil smoothies. There delicious. I never got the chance to hike with him, but I believe he would have the endurace to hike a mountain.........

I very much enjoyed my stay on his couch. Although we didn't have much time to get to know each other, he made the experience very fun and relax. The house is perfectly located in a safe environement.

Jeff comes with a manual that is longer than the lord of the rings. Once you figure it out though, he is an awesome, very sweet and caring guy. I liked working and living with him for three months very much!

My first CS experience was at Jeff's and I couldnt ask for more. Very welcoming and thoughful! He installed the internet into his computer so my friend and I could look for apartments in Sydney. His flatmate Dean is very cool too, we cooked and offered him food and he never refused! :)....same for Jeff actually. Who can say no to food? Not them anyways :P Thanks again!

Jeff was my first ever couch surfer and it was a very positive experience:) He is very non-intrusive and independent, but also friendly and very interesting - he has done some amazing things in his life! He's also very tidy, trustworthy and has a lot of experience couch surfing. I would definatly recommend jeff as a couch surfer. He is welcome to stay with me anytime.

Jeff is a great companion and best fun to have with. I was lucky enough to travel to fly over Denali with him and even saw whales together. On top of that, he explained me how they bring water from the moon so the water level raises every few hours in Alaska. A lifetime experience (and he saw real bears!). Big Hug!

Jeff is a very thoughtful and funny observer and I wish I would have spend more time to get to know him better.

What a good lad.... One of the behind-the-scenes people who works hard to make CS the best hospitality service in the world. Fun to talk with (even when I'm ranting about my frustration with the website), fun to party with, and generally good to have around. Looking forward to catching him again somewhere in the world.

I guess you can say Jeff is my first official couch surfer that popped Julio El Grande's cherry! Julio is my luscious slut of a couch. Jeff made feel at home in my own home by making delicious shakes and setting up my network. Julio looks forward to Jeff's return from the final frontier. Maybe then I'll get my rematch in bowling!

Jeff cracks me up. First he asks me to carry his crap around all night; then blames me when I forget about it; then leaves a bag of things at my place after surfing there?! Ha ha - just kidding, hon. :) Seriously this guy is really great, and perhaps all along it really was me trying to sabotage him to stick around just a bit longer. He'd be a great addition to the pdx crew and I miss him already. Come back soon!

Jeff was at one of the regular Seattle meetings after having some trouble getting to Canada. I offered the floor at my place since they were in a bit of a bind, and he became my first surfers. He was a great guest and all around cool guy.

Jeff is a really cool guy living a lifestyle of brilliance and radical trust in the mystery. He's someone really worth supporting. He volunteers a great deal of timea and expertise on behalf of the rest of us.

I am really glad to have met Jeff! He's full of surprises as his personality is unshaped by norms. He's eclectic, interesting, quiet, humble, and friendly. He has the most decorated feet i have ever seen...I'm jealous.

Wow, what can you say about Jeff. If I were to describe Jeff in his language...not much...just an approving nod and a smile. Jeff an I connected right off the bat. Lots of laughs, deep conversations, confiding, Beer Changs, and good times. I'm glad I got to meet him and even more glad now that I call him my friend. He's a stand up guy.

OMG! I had a lot of communication with Jeff working together on the site and thought to myself, "just another tech guy" (although, always very helpful). Jeff is nothing short of *amazing^ to talk with, to hang with, to help get your wireless internet hooked up. Our very short time together just made every moment very special. Jeff is reliable and unexpectedly hilarious. It's hard to know what he's thinking about behind those dark shades of his. But, don't worry, whatever it is, you'll like it when he says it.

Jeff is one very intriguing and interesting guy! He has this way about him that keeps people guessing a lot, but the more I spent time with him, the more I realised just what a thoughtful, sensitive, kind soul he really is - he also has a wicked sense of humour! Jeff has a very unique and confusing way of communicating... he doesn't say anything unless he feels it's absolutely worth saying. So when he continually surprised me with acts of unexpected sincere kindness, I felt more validated than in any other avenue of life. I adore Jeff and I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to spend 4 months with him in Thailand. He has an impeccable taste in music, beautiful prose when telling stories, and an uncanny ability to offer hugs just when they are needed. I definitely found a lifelong friend in him and would highly suggest hosting or surfing with him.

One of the first cats I met from the CSC collective. Rode Doi Suthep in Chiang Mai then hit the freeway to test the 4th gear. Rock climbing the next day...card games...caught up again in Bangkok. Good guy, fun to joke around with, kinda felt like an old friend....have fun up north man.

I met Tech Jeff quite by surprise--a pleasant surprise, to be sure. He and Jim were passing through Seoul on a long layover from Thai to Alaska Collectives (boggles the mind, doesn't it?), and we shared lunch, tea, birds, and wonderful conversation. Too brief, Jeff -- and I do hope our paths cross again, and soon.

Quick with a smile, and willing to offer well-thought-out insights on issues of great magnitude, this is a guy I really enjoyed sharing an office with at the Thai Collective. He is fiercely dedicated to his volunteer work with CS and can also belt out a mean tune in a Thai karaoke bar. He also drove cross-country to surprise me in Wisconsin! I hosted him for three days and we had a wonderful time. He's good people; check him out.

He is a man of few words...
It takes a while to really get to know him, but if you have the patience (and the pink smile ;-) then it's really worth your time. He is cute, caring, considerate, sweet, strong-headed, reliable, going his own steady course.
And once he steps onto a big fat fast motorbike, he rules the world :-)

First I thought we where 2 completely different people and guess what? We are! But time told us that we have loads of little details that we have in common. I didn't get bored looking at his face all day when we where working at the same desk. Something tells me I will meet him again somewhere when I expect it the least.

Jeff is wonderful dude. He has a totally sweet nature- always really cool to chill with. I want to get to know him more! I definitely recommend him for anyone's couch.

Jeff and I had some good laughs at the CS Collective in Pai, Thailand. He's the type of man that will throw a dart at a map to see where he'll be traveling to next (I have pictures to prove it). Jeff's got a bright future ahead of him and no-doubt one full of great times in far away places. If he finds his way back to the US, he'll always be welcome at my place.

This is the sort of man who wears shades inside a building. This is the sort of man who programs while completely reclined in his chair. He even lived on Hawaii. Can you ask for more?

I met Jeff while he working with collective here in Pai. I have dinner with him and found that he is a very nice and pleasant to be around with.

Jeff is fit and fun to be around. His adventuresome spirit brought him to Hawaii after Sweden. We spent time together exploring Oahu. His generous self is missed by me now that he is in Alaska. 'Look forward to meeting him again in an exotic location.

He is very sober guy! He is a good listener and has a great smile! He also has a great sense of humour.:).

Jeff's definately a character to meet, with all his robot talk and sense for adventure. Too bad we didn't get to hang out more because we were working. We'd host them again any time.

It was great having Jeff sleeping on our floor, he is super intelligent and knows what the cs thing is all about. The collective is lucky to have him! thanks for the yoga mat!

Jeff stayed with us during the rainy season, but seemed to appreciate the adventure of getting stuck in the mud with James for half a day - generally a positive easygoing person.

Jeff was a great guest, but most than anything else a great listener. I had some conversations with him and really hope to have more. I which you the best in Thailand! You're always welcome in my house.

Jeff is a very genuine, down to earth guy. He is very active with CS. I enjoyed the times that we got to hang out. Jeff is in Thailand right now doing the Thai project. Happy travels to you Jeff and keep in touch.

What a great person to have a conversation with. Funny and has many amazing adventures to tell about. Jeff is a fabulous DJ, he picked out great music from my iPod :-)

I met Jeff at Michelle's birthday CS/party, and hosted him for a night after the party. He's a cool, laid back guy and an adept soccer player. I enjoyed hosting him and I'm sure I'll enjoy seeing him around the island soon.

Jeff lives by the beach, drives a motorcycle and knows all the cool local spots. He was easy going, sweet and all smiles. What more could you want?

Jeff let us use his expensive gear for a bug hiking trip and 2 weeks around the island! We only met him twice, but we had a good time and he was friendly and really into the philosophy of couchsurfing! From what we understood he's also very active as a member AND a developper! He is a nice guy who likes traveling. We ve met in the CS meeting so I don t know him very well but I think he is also a nice host.

BFF's ... Jeff is a great friend! I really admire him for all the risks and adventures he's taken. I consider him my scout, he travels and reports back on the places I must see. Jeff's a super nice guy who graced boston's presence one warm weekend in May. A party, a music festival, and a brazilian music trio. He's got a great sense of humor and a positive attitude. I've mandated another visit before he heads to hawaii... he's just that cool.

Jeff is a great guy to meet for conversation and is also an excellent guest! He stayed at my house for one night and I was happy to have him. He's fun, laid-back, and easy to talk to. Hope to continue our conversations sometime, somewhere (maybe Hawaii? hehe)
