Yes it is strange we did not meet sooner. Our circles of friends and acquaintances are huge though. Dating a very close friend of mine brought our circles together. Now that you are moving in with one of my best friends ever as well, you are definitely family. I love my chosen family!

Every party I go to, there's Heather MC-ing or running the VIP room or leading about her entourage of wonderful people. I'm not sure if fun follows her, or she follows fun, but the two are inextricably linked. Plus she's just generally wonderful.

What can I say? She's shameless.

wow! it was wonderful meeting this cheerful, happy, friendly and interesting girl... I really enjoyed every single minute with her... unfortunatelly didn't have much time to spend in Guatemala city but I hope to meet her again in the near future...

Heather is radiant - as in, she literally radiates good energy and laughter wherever she goes. It's never hard to find her as it's impossible to miss the blinding white flash of her ever-present smile! Just traveled for a week with Heather on New Zealand's North Island. Take "Fun" and blow it up to a power of atomic, non-stop, legendary, reverberiffic JoyLaughter, I-can't-believe-how-good-Life-is and wait there's more. Twins? Look. Out. World.

An extremely open girl that knows everybody in town! Oh!... and her costume making skills... the best I've ever seen! Way more comfortable than my real-life clothes :)!

Heather breezed in with her awesome energy, accidentally brought a complete party to fill up our empty house.....its hard to add too much to her busy schedule so didnt get time to add much to her trip but was fantastic to meet Hankey and share more with Couchsurfing!! Heater was one of my first CS/burner friends in SF and she is incredible nice and friendly. I must also say thank to Heather for my bike in Black Rock City! :) Now I look forward to meet her again in US or in Italy!

If you told me you met someone more full of amazing energy than Heather I'd call you a liar. This girl is like that battery bunny - she keeps going and going and going... She's not only one of my most favorite human ever but she's probably the coolest person I've ever met. We have fun no matter what we do - sleepless nights watching after nuns, "decompressing", smokey Scrabble, clocking in hours together at "the factory", swimming with dolphins down under... It's been really fun travelling with Heather. She's like a bright colourful bird, she even sings like one ;-)! Hope 2 c her sometime again!

Heather was great fun, and so understanding when we said we already had a houseful of guests and couldnt host her after all (unless she wanted the couch!). Luckily she found Matt in town to stay with, and they all came for dinner with us and our guests instead. We had a fantasic evening sharing stories and experiences, food and drink.

Heather is a top notch, super duper, trail blazing advocate for everything that is cool about couchsurfing! It really was a pity that we could not hang out a bit longer, but I am sure that our paths will cross again!

Although I've known Heather for a while, I never got to enjoy her smile. And when we were to meet in london, I was afraid I'd cramp her style ;-) ! No worries, because Heather offline is even greater than Heather online. Her energy and joy for other people makes her one of the warmest, super people I've met! This freestylin' bo peep even got me to dance with her and feel London Secret Agent style, so what can I say: I just freakin' love this diva!

It was a dark and stormy night, verbal punches were thrown in light humour and we both came out ontop as friends. Chilled over vino, great food, family and friends she explained the CS galaxy, the lovelyness of its members and how its not just the surfers involved, its there amigos and family who need to be thanked.

Heather is bursting at the seams with energy, one of the most fearless people I know. She was a bit much when I first met her, but only cuz I wasn't ready for that much power :) But now I just ride the wake she leaves behind her in to the sunset. She's one bad motorscooter, yo.

Yeah, Shameless Heather pretty much rocks our socks off on a daily basis! She's always involved in some amazing project or going traveling somewhere that we love. She's an brilliant person inside and out and we absolutely ADORE her. We are looking forward to the next time she graces our couch with her presence!

Heather wouldn't be just another traveller. The wondergirl had given her mark before hand through hard CS work and I knew what I should expect... or almost :) Heather is a blast and shaked the Athenian CS community. Heather aka Starving superstar is definetely one of the most active CS members! Well this is very well known to everybody! We had a really good time in Athens andi I hope that we meet again some day!

Heather has a pot of Golden experiences that her heart pumps to the outside world. My meaning of Rock Star: solid and radiating truth and also being fun like very few people. I was fully accepted for who I am, since we met and that is what a friend does isn't it. How cool is it experience that!

I met up with heather in San Fran, she is so cool, took me to 2 amazing clubs, and got me tickets to watch Dark Caberay, aswell as being my own personal taxi hehe, i owe so much to this fine lady and one day she will join me sailing round the world...

I met Heather at an event she organized in London. Turns out that we lived only a few houses from each other on McAllister St. in San Francisco. Heather is the cat's pajamas; I'd even go as far as to say that she's the bees knees...

Heather was supposed to Cs with me but found another host more central to London, we have chatted on the phone and have met in London for drinks and merriment!

Shameless is as wonderful a person as she is talented. Creative too...in the most unique ways. Case in point:
We go to the grand opening of a museum in SF. There is an all-night (all weekend??) event. Seems everyone in San Fran is there with us at 3am trying to get into this amazing building. The line is over 3 hrs. waiting time. I think it took Heather about 15 minutes to get us to the front of the line. And another 20 minutes later she was entertaining the whole place by posing in a second story window while wearing some crazy neon frilly outfit (which she made).
'Nuf said.

Star. This lovely lady has gone out of her way to open doors for me.. Mystical beginnings, mad social plannin', thoughtful encounters, deep interactions, important journeys, fun adventures, necessary meanings. She is always digging deeper, learning, respecting, forgiving, teaching, loving, laughing, thinking. Each of these are, of course, beautifully tinged with a dose or two of (a very important element in life) good ol' fashion Trouble ;) Heather feels good and makes others feel like stars too. And, I have to say that I've witnessed moments when Heather could only, sometimes to the point of tears, speak in rhymes.

Respect, My sistah! You are amazing. Be it, girl.

SOME SHAME WOULD DO!! Penny Lane and I shared so many good times since we met. She is the glue & backbone that holds this organization together and displays incredible leadership skills! This is just the beginning! I trust couchsurfing in her hands completely, even when she's on vacation!

What's the difference between "Extremely positive" and "Positive?" If you think that means she baked me cookies and gave me foot baths, you're wrong. But she probably would have, had she had the opportunity. So I'll leave it to you to ponder why I said "Extremely." Really, it's none of your business, as all you really need to know is that she is an AWESOME human and I'm oh so fortunate to be counted among her friends, even if I refer to her here as a "couchsurfing friend" and not a "good friend" or a "close friend" or "best friend." She will make you laugh, make you feel good about yourself, and not steal any of your socks or drink all your orange juice. Hooray for Heather!

Heather rocks...nothin but love

Spending the weekend at Heather's was the best part of my week in SF.

Heather taught me the rocking chair theory .... blown away. I've got a lot to experience. Thanks to her dedication and ass kicking at the CSC, we all did a little more work and had a little more fun.

She's really the CS Wondergirl! I had so good time during the collective and it's her fault for a big part! Work, party, ... everything was perfect!

Come back soon!!! Heather is amazing person with an awesome sense of humor. I love spending time with her. Recently hosted her and we had an amazing time... she is forever welcomed at my house.... Great Surfer who is an amazing free spirit. Can turn even the coldest days at the beach into a good time.... Can't wait for more good times with her, she is truly amazing...
