Local Time: 3:45pm Username: HOFFER Primary Admin Focus: I am sort of a "COO" type doing pretty high-level, overarching stuff .. like developing the organizational structure and certain operational processes ... imbuing the company with a culture of "Focus, Structure, and Discipline" ;) ... and besides that ... company strategy, finance, business development/alliances, strategic marketing, "vision," and media interviews :-)
In terms of specific areas of responsibility, I also head up the Advertising/Revenue Generation component of the project, and soon will be taking over the "Couchsurfing Cares" (housing for displaced refugees) initiative. |
