Personal DescriptionHi,Guten tag,Bonjour,Ciao,Ahoj,Hola, ahlan bik, selam,Nihao,(I apoligize if i haven't greeted you in your language)
I live in Shanghai, a big city in the east coast of China. But sometimes I wish to live in a smaller town. I've never been out of China because my study keeps me busy. And I'll face university entrance exam this June. I'm very open-minded. I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and hanging out. I wish to travel to Europe after finishing my high school. I like European architectures. I enjoy travelling. I'd like to experience different cultures. If possible I hope to study abroad in the future.InterestsI like movies, travelling, fencing, computer programming, music, playing the violin(I'm the 2nd violinist in school orchestra)PhilosophyEveryone has one destiny and ONLY one destinyMusic, Movies, BooksI like classical music. From Baraque to romantic. I like Vivaldi, Bach's work, they are really baroque. I enjoy Mozart's violin concerto, piano sonatas... that's shiny pieces. And I also like Beethoven, Bramas... They are of enthusiasm. And I'm also fascinated by Italian opera, like Verdi, Puccini's, thought I don't understand Italian. Well, but I don't like Debussy and Ravel so much. I'm also fond of Jazz music. The syncope rhyme is so cool and jazz tones are so special. I couldn't help swing with the music. Types of People I enjoyI like people who are easy to get along with, friendly, warm-hearted.Teach, Learn, ShareI guess I can teach you Chinese if you like.Opinion on the CouchSurfing.com ProjectCouchSurfing is a brilliant website which can bring people all over the world together and give us chances to communicate each other.Locations TraveledTRAVELED: China WANTS TO GO: Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden References
From Kevin Jesurun The Hague, Netherlands Jul 27 Positive Went to the Shanghai Museum together, a bookstore, dinner and Pudong. Organized a last minute CS meet where only he and I showed up but went to meet a newbie in CS later that night. Scott likes to be around people and wish him the best in his further studies in the USA. We can meet in ATLANTA, but I won't go down to Milledgeville, sorry Scott, hahah. Take Care.
From Hahn Hanrahan Dalian, China Jul 16 Positive He's a good guy. Fun to talk with and is really smart.
If you have any questions or need any help, just ask Scott.
Scott will be leaving for the US in August. He'll be studying in Georgia. So, if you haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting him, you'd better do it soon!
From Maria Nussbaum Hangzhou, China Jul 6 Positive Scott is a very nice guy, easy-going and considerate. We felt completely comfortable giving him the key to our apartment and lending him our bicycle. We hope we'll have the chance to visit him in the States some time.
From Xu Cao Yu Shanghai, China Jun 12 Positive Scott, a nice guy to meet with. Interesting, polite and easy-going:)
Maybe we gonna study in SISU together
Good luck1!
From Sanna Tukia Pietarsaari, Finland Sep 5, 2007 Positive He was a friendly boy, we talked a little bit and he likes jazz music like me. :) I also took him skiing, and he was a great student! You should keep up skiing in the future also, I think you might be really good if you keep practising. :) If you are in Shanghai, you must meet Scott, he is young but very intelligent and he has a warm heart.
From WHITEDRAGONPETE Shanghai, China Sep 2, 2007 Positive Scott is a well-spoken, polite guy. Chatting with him is a lot of fun. I think he's going places.
From Oliver Sit Shanghai, China Sep 1, 2007 Positive Besides me, Scott is another local active CSers here in Shanghai. It seems we have lots of common points to share. |
