I am a 40-year-old woman living in Ottawa, the capital of Canada. Formerly a teacher and a member of the Mountaineering Federation of Iran, I have climbed most of Iran’s peaks, including Mount Damavand (5,610 m) many times. I also enjoy yoga, meditation, and swimming, and often invite guests to join me in these practices with experienced mentors in Iran.
