Oh man, if anyone is interested in my university thesis paper on Jerusalem's role in reggae music and Rastafari, I will explain to you IN DETAIL the entire story: Solomon and Sheba, their illegitimate child Menyelik, the theft of the Ark of the Covenant and its relocation to Ethiopıa (or so they say), how it ties into the Rastafarian interpretation of the Bible, how it can be seen in the lyrics of the music, and much much more. (Is it weird that a dude from Texas raised Catholic spent so much time researching this topic? That is for you to decide).
