我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was sailing. Had left Sao Paulo 4 or 5 days before.
As the boat approached Recife (Brazil), and we got into a channel on the way to the marina, and I faced the city staring at me. It was the end of the afternoon. The buildings, all of them, staring at me. The city. The land. The lights.
I never felt such a thing before.
At that moment I felt the strongest will, ever, of travelling, walking, knowing people, lives and loves.
At that moment I felt alive, as I had never been before.
