CURRENT MISSION Back in the Bron- the stratego board of my future weighs heavily on my mind ABOUT ME I love music. I have a wealth of worthless information at my command. I am days away from doing something totally different from the last 7 years of my adult existence. I'm not afraid of that at all. In fact, it sort of blows my mind, and I'm totally psyched to leave my job behind in pursuit of a taste of the rest of the world. PHILOSOPHY I think I live my life to learn from it, but of late I have been frustrated that I don't go back to school- why would you spend any prolonged period of time not flexing the dome? I feel like every day in the office I lose edge, miss opportunities, wonder what I missed out on, what passed me by...

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING My couch is always open (at least, when I get home that is). There is nothing better than to host new friends, and be amazed by the stories of their adventures. My house isn't in a big city (in fact it's pretty rural. But we can go exploring, or go hiking, or I can teach you how to play Lawn Bowling in the back yard (you'll want to know how- it's slated to become an olympic sport in 2012). COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE A couple weeks ago- hosted a couch surfer who was a friend of a friend travelling to Ohio for Easter- he told me about this site, and I thought it was a great concept.

Don't be afraid to jump start your riding lawn mower with your car. It's not going to blow up or get thrown 15 feet in the air (contrary to popular belief). W/r/t real estate in CT right now- it's not a sellers market. So my couch is staying right where it is at least for another year... But everyone can help by telling the jerks of the world to stop building rediculous houses that are too big and lack anything unique or interesting from an architectural or "soul-of-the-house" perspective. (Sorry - just a recent rant)
My Interests
I work alot (which sucks). I have a new niece and nephew who are the best (currently teaching them to be hellions for my sisters). Listening to music (especially new or screwed up artists). trekking about the countryside. playing my acoustic guitar (or my trumpet, etc).
