About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to go, go, go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to show my favorite parts of town and often times tag along as new ones are discovered.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a lot of favorite books, more than should technically fall under the category of "favorite." Given the site I'm posting on, here a few that involve a journey.
-"All the Pretty Horses" - Cormac McCarthy writes some of the most beautiful passages I've ever read.
-"The Prince of the Marshes" and "The Places in Between" - Follow Rory Stewart as he walks across Afghanistan and tries to rebuild Iraq.
-"The Catcher in the Rye" - I reread J.D. Salinger's book of teenage angst every couple years and am always amazed by how much my own change in age shapes my view of Holden Caulfield.

There are many others, but some of my favorite movies include:
"The Rules of the Game" and "The Royal Tenenbaums" and anything directed by Werner Herzog.

Countries I’ve Visited
