Per, First I must apologise for the slight delay in sending you this reference!! Checking through my profile I have only just realised I didn't do one for you after your visit - very remiss of me. So we would like to say how much we enjoyed your visit and your company. As you said we had many good conversations and laughs together. You are welcome to come and visit any time.

Per is an excellent guest, very thoughtful and more than interesting to talk to. A real gentleman in all respects.

Now I have been hosted by Per Nytun. There are no words in any language that can adequately describe the kindness and friendship I found in Norway through Per and Elizabeth. These people will be my friends for life. Their kindness andd generosity goes beyond description.

2007 Per was kind enough to meet and greet us at the airport and take us back to the train station to depart. He also gave us a worldwind tour of Bergen and was very willing to share his knowledge of Norwegian history. Short but very worthwhile experience for us.
2008 Per was able to drop in to Armidale as he travels around Australia for the next couple of months. We had time to walk at the Blue Hole and talk over dinner about sensing and seeing and experiencing rather than reading about the world and culture. Very enjoyable.

Per's words "Have a nice day!" became our family everyday phrase long before his visit! And Per multiplied our nice days when he gifted us with his Great Car Travelling to Russia.
Come again, dear friend! You know You are the relative here.

We were two Americans arriving to Bergen by ship. Not only did Per give us a place to stay, he also met us at the dock and delivered us to his home, where he had fresh fruit, cheese, and crackers waiting for us. We had full run of his house and he was most helpful with maps, directions, suggestions, and he even gave us a half-day tour of the city. I'm sure he would have done more for us, had we not been concerned about intruding on his time.

Person and his wife stayed at my apartment in Berlin, while I went on holidays. My daughter stayed with them and said: she "really enjoyed their company".

We spent a very nice evening together with very interesting talks.

Elisabeth and Per were my first CS- guests.The short time we spent together was livly and stimulating.

Thanks to you. Norway was a great trip. Person is really a funny and kind guy. That was more that we hoped...

Per is a good friend and a perfect couchsurfer. I spend 2 great days with him and his mate Elisabeth in Norway.

Person hosted me and my friend 2 days in a big flat during our trip in Norway. Pers is really a nice person to meet. He is very funny, friendly, teach us a lot of things about Norway's life and...drove us all around Begen. A great meeting. See you soon in France and remember "We are survivors!" ;)

Per...what can I say...can't thank you enough for all your help, including all my questions even before getting there! Despite the rainy weather, I had a wonderful time...thanks for everything, including taking time out of your day...twice!! Will make sure to leave the mobile phone 'on' next time!!

This person was teaching my uncle alex maingi mutua inthe year 1974 upto 1976 and i stayed with him for 10 days, so his good friend of mine.

Person has proved to be a very friend of mine.
I first came to know him through Courchsurfing when he requested to courch surf with me this month.
He is a very nice grand father to me and he knows how to relate with the young people.
Thoygh am somehow busy, I have been giving him my Scouts to show him a round.
We have suggested so many ideas with him one of them being that of starting a community based organisation that we go a long way in assisting the extremely poor people in the rural Kenya as well as the assistance to the existing institution.
I wish him all the best in his tour while in Kenya. He is currently going to Mombasa for a week then back to do his nolistagic tour that he love most.
I highly recommend him

Per is a wonderful guy who goes out of his way to help you. We travelled around Bergen, talked alot and I relish his company. I would love to come back and visit him and hope to host him in Aus in the future.

Per is the sort of Norwegian everybody shoul meet at least once. Big, safe, funny and with a roaring laughter. He was our first surfer amd he most certainly made us want to receive more surfers.

Per stayed with me in Pinto for a few days . From the first moment on i knew that he was a great guy. We had deep conversations ,some beers, good food and went hiking.
Half a year later i and Sami sent 5 days with him and Elisabeth in Bergen. It was the most beautifull part of our hollidays. Thank you so much, Per and Elisabeth: You are wonderfull !!!

A wonderful host and great person. Per hosted me and Marco on our trip to Bergen. The first day he surprised us with a good breakfast. He left us his nice appartment for 10 days. Per took us on several trips to see the extraordinary landscape of the Bergen region. I really enjoyed those trips! Per and Elisabeth also invited us to have a wonderful dinner with them. Per is a great, warm harted and helpful person. I really hope to meet him again - maybe in Vienna or back in Bergen!

Undying Kenyan love, Respect! Just started chatting up on plans to come over to Kenya and working on some PI work for him trying to get contact with his old friends. Seems a nice chap and cant wait for long story's through the late Kenyan nights when he gets to come over.
