I met Giovani in Rome at a Cs gathering. For the short time we met, Giovani seems to be a person that's down to earth, sincere, and fun to be around. Definetly a quality individual to have as a friend.

What can we say about Giovanni? We had a great time pissing ourselves laughing at the collective and these moments went on when we met again in Rome: from the way he parks his car to how he describes his business, he is absolutely adorable!!!Will definately meet again!!

I really enjoyed spending time with Giovanni at the CSC in Eisenstadt and then in Vienna.He made me laugh to tears with his stories and his descriptions;-) and we also had a great time cooking together.He is a deeply caring person and I hope to have the chance to get to know him better.Why is it that I think italians are the best...?VIVA ITALIA:-))
UPDATE: we met again at the end of May in Rome, even though only for a coffee and for a short but constructive guided tour at his famous store;)Sweet and caring as always....looking forward to hosting him in germany!!!

Update: I did it! I met him again in Rome and it was really funny starting from the place we have met (over a street cross, and I mean "OVER" :)) to the amazing trip in his truly famous working place. Take care and thanks again!

He and his girl friend kindly drove me to the hostel in Rome after a great meal and a beer. That was my very first meeting I joined through CS. I had such a great time with many CSers thanks to Giovanni.

We met at a CouchSurfing Gathering in Berlin

I meet Giovanni with his Cousin and his Friend at the Berlin CS Meeting and we also had a lot of fun out in the town all night. He is a nice guy with interresting storries and I'm sure he's a great host. We did not have the time to meet the next night, because they had to work late, but I'm sure it would have been a ball too! Make sure you call in next time arround!

Spend a nice evening in bar in Berlin, talking and laughing.

Whenever he asks to surf your couch don't miss him! He brings all the warmth and cordiality you can imagine.

Me and Giovanni met throught couchsurfing, then hanged out with other CS visiting Rome. He takes the best care of CS members, still he is spontaneous and sincere. He is a great organizer with a funny and caring heart.

Italy!!!! Giovanni and Cinzia stayed at our place. They are super nice and great to talk to. They've brought us tasty Italian stuff. They reminded me of my visit to Italy 9 years ago!! Looking forward to visit them in Rome and try their cooking (it must be delicious)!!!!

I introduced Giovanni as new member to CS and it seems i done it very successfull :=)) He got very fast to the addicted CS members and is big CS fan like me now! We stay mostly every day in contact and finally we met at the CSC-E in Eisenstadt and have a great time together! For me Giovanni is one of the best friends and i hope he will visit me as fast as possible on his next trip in Germany! Hope to see you soon again my friend!

Met her at the CS/HC Vienna Danube Island meeting where I enjoyed great sense of humour and her sleeping back – even when it was wet ;-)

Fantastic Italian people. Giovanni and Cinzia are friendly, nice, fun people. We really enjoyed the time we spent together. We felt comfortable hanging out with them and hope to see them again. Beware: we'll visit Rome soon... ;)

He's the man!!! I haven't surfed his couch just yet, but let me tell you about our man Giovanni here. When I contacted Vito to surf his couch in Sassi, he was hesitant because he was too busy with the university exam. Then I found out Giovanni is his brother (he comes in the chat room pretty often too, you see), so I sent him a message asking if he knows anywhere I can stay at... He contacts his family and calls me right away to let me know I can stay with them. Next thing you know, he gives me his mobile number, his father's mobile number, Vito's mobile number, his family's house number, and he even found the way to get to Matera from Cosenza, where I was staying at! Not only that, when I made it to Roma, he met up with me for a dinner and took me to fun places that Romans go to party. I consider I already surfed his couch and I will be forever greteful for his goodness that enabled me to see Sassi! Thanks, Giovanni, you are the man!!!

Vienna. I am so sorry I didn't see them a lot, they were so nice, interesting and helpful people!! They even fixed my sofa and my bathroom lights (I will forever be grateful for that)!!
