I met Alex in Vienna in my last day there. We spent amazing time. We went to a very nice tea place, where we had really interesting conversation. Even for a couple of hours, we had time and he showed me very special places in Vienna, which I didn't discover by myself. Thank you so much, Alex. You are always welcome in my place and my country :))

even if it were just for the meals he cooked, it's been a great thing having alex over :) and there's plenty more than that!

he is a great guy , well-trevelled with interesting story to tell , we had a nice chat while meeting and he was going to Chernauts ( i am from there ;) , but unfortunately i couldn't show him this great city , because i had some problems...but it was really nice to have met him , good luck!!

Besides being extremelly handsome, Alex is an intelectual, intriguing Austrian who loves Vienna. He was amaying to pick me up at the train station 7 AM, and to take me around the city all day long. His house is the cleaneast and most organized home in which a single male is living in. I gave him my "eternal map" as an excuse to see him again in the future! ( how smart is that?)

i didn't stay on alex's couch but he was very happy to provide a backup couch if the host i had stayed with was to bail on me.. however he took my friend and i around vienna for a whole day and showed us the not-so-touristy bit of vienna! he was an amazing tour guide and incredibly interesting! would have loved to spend more time with him!!

He is such a friendly guy! Very interesting person to talk to. I was amazed to find out he is so in love with Rumania, i dont know lots of ppl who travelled there, i like it as well very much, very hostpitable ppl! We both came to the conclusion, that Couchsurfing ROCKS!

I met Alex for a Coffee and we had a very interesting conversation. He is a man with many interests. A meeting by cooking and looking a film - also with other people - would be cool...

Alex taught me hitchhiking basics when doing a "get to know your own country trip" in the area of Salzburg which was really cool. He is a nice easy going guy and Ithink he would also be a great host.

my first meeting with an couchsurfer :) showed him around my village and the next town. nice guy with interesting stories to tell and fun to be around!

he went out every day early in the morning and returned in the evening. i´m sure he saw more of the countryside in 4 days than i did in 2 years...:) we climbed a HUGH mountain and we got to the top!!! amazing event, but painful :) !!! hope to see you soon in vienna. it was a pleasure to host you!!!

We had a short but good time together and therefor I would like very much to keep in touch and develop a higher friendship. Big Hug to you mate !!!

eager and thirsty guy who can walk and walk and walk .. for miles and miles .. timisoara is generally a beautiful and interesting place for this. i introduced him to some friends & pubs and and showed him the very touching university campus

Champion. My friend and i stayed with Alex for two nights during the week, although he goes to university he still managed to be THE BEST tour guide. The night we arrived we had a 4 hour tour around the city at night, he showed us things you deffinately wouldnt know about or see staying in a hostel. He is very trustworthy, so easy to get along with and even had dinner ready for us when we arrived!!! Vienna is a gorgeous city and staying with Alex made it one we will never forget.
