OK. At the moment we get an average 5 to 8 request a day. You can imagine we can't host that many people.

Please make your request at least 3-4 days ahead. If you'r not sure which day you'll come it's ok, but ask ahead.

We do NOT have any sheets or pillows. You have to bring a Sleeping bag or sheets. We DO have matresses and couches( 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 2 couches. One short couch and a long one )

We live in Limoilou, 10 minutes bus, 20 minutes walking from all the tourist attraction( Old quebec ).

You'll sleep in the living room, which is quite quiet.

If you would like us to host you, you'll have to tell us about yourself and why you asked our couch instead of one one of the 100's others. That's the part where I know if you read all my couch description :) If you read this, you get a chance for our couch. Pleople who didn't read this will not get a chance, since they won't write about that.

Personal Description

I ve been raised part time on a Sailboat until I was 15, and I love water and travel probably due to that. Since I an athletic guy and I like stunts in movies, I ended up in a circus school, graduated and i'm now a circus artist. I love to meet people and I usually get along well with most people. Otherwise I'm a simple person living the life I want to live.

Émilie: I'm a student in architecture! I started travelling when I was 16 and really loved it. Since then, I'm alterning between studies and travel. I am in good shape and I like to try new stuff... I'm a smiling girl who likes to meet new people. Oh...and I LOVE all kind of animals!

How I Participate in CS2

We host, get hosted, read the threads and awnser when we should( may I rephrase, when we have something relevant to say ;)

CouchSurfing Experience

Me and Emilie made many new friends while couchsurfing around Europe and other places! We also got to host people in Quebec City, in Las Vegas and ... well meet for coffe in Hawaii since we can't host... Now back in canada to host... but there is a lot less CS here than Vegas and other places!!

I can teach you how to do a backflip but in writing it's tough!!! If your not sporty we can go for juggling :P

One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Done

Being a circus performer is amazing even for me. Crossin the Atlantic on a sailboat, living on a sailboat. Swimmed and hugged a free dolphins( not captive, in the ocean, not in a cage )

Opinion on the CouchSurfing.com Project

Travelling with couchsurfing is like the difference between Radio and TV. Its a great evolution in communication.

We arrived in Quebec knowing no french, nothing about the city and no idea what to do. Hugo and Emilie were so hospitable and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Truly, the city is a beautiful place with such a rich and rugged history. They had no hesitation in answering our questions about the difficult and magnificent story of how Quebec came to be and where it stands today. Amiable and trusting, they were probably the best hosts that we had. We were even invited to see a circus performance in Montreal. They live in a home of circus performers, but it's not as crazy as you might think--constantly jumping through flaming lopes and such. Everyone is especially tame.

hugo is a pretty interesting guy, i think he probably had a lot more to say if he had the time, he worked or slept lol, but it was cool being on his bike i've never done that before, it was fun, i got to meet lots of his friends at his barbeque one night and also played volley ball with them and i got to see most of vegas, he has a cool house and a crazy little dog lolita.
