Shannon and Cote Cordova

Good and interesting people ! We talked about our different culture and our interests. I enjoyed the time with them though it was quite short. We definately will meet again. Nice pleasant kind and thoughtful couple.

Shannon and Cote responded to my last minute request and let me stay a night with them. They are very interesting people with lots of travel experience and photo's to share. Their cat is wild and provides constant entertainment. I very much enjoyed my stay. Visit them (or host them) if you get the chance!

My girl and I surfed with Shannon and Cote for several nights. They are truely amazing people. Open Minded and extremely welcoming. They took great care of us... We could never wish for anything more...

Okay, so I want you to imagine that you're exploring the Bay Area and you start contacting locals about hanging out, maybe surfing if their schedule is free. And this AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME couple respond, saying come over quickly, let's hang out, and you do, and you immediately leap into deep conversation about the environment, international politics, world travel and the role of religion in various cultures. Then, they offer you some of the best Chilean adult beverages you've ever had. And then, they share with you their photos and the DVD slideshow of their globetrotting adventures. And then you go shopping together and spend a whopping total of $2.32 on dinner ingredients so you can cook a delicious, healthy meal together. And then the three of you head up to the local college for coffee with another Couchsurfer, enjoy the hazy view from the top of the campus tower, have lunch in the marina and then don't want to leave because you are just absolutely falling in love with them, but you have so many other locals to meet up with and you come to the realization that these people are now a part of your life and that makes you very, very happy. You can imagine that...but I don't have to. I'm living it. :)

We had great talks and they were extremely welcoming. They made us comfortable in the living room, told us to make ourselves at home in the kitchen and their house was clean and inviting. I highly recommend them and I had a lovely stay.

I had such a great time with Shannon and Cote. Me and my friend stayed at their place while we took a weekend class up in Berkeley. They made us feel so welcome right from the get-go (they had even inflated the air-mattress when we got there). I would absolutely recommend these couhcsurfer friends to other people !

They are so sweet, so nice, so easy-going!!! They found all that they saw or done exceptional, and through their eyes the life is exceptional. I would like to host again CS as this ones!

Genuine Nice young Couple. We were happy to host Shannon & Cote at our home. They were very easy to get on with & had good stories to tell along with good photo's of their travels... Oh! & it helps Shannon if the host has cable TV so Cote can give her some "time out" - just prop him up to watch soccer & he would be there in his "own world" for ages ;) I am sure !

It was nice to meet them. A very interesting story they have about how they met -- [Borat voice] ver-y nice. We drank wine, played the bongo and guitar, and just had plain ol' fun. Good people. I wish the best for them. I hope to see them again in this crazy world of ours.

Awsome people, they were so nice to us that they came from out of town to met us and show us around town and give us top advice on things to do localy and all over the world while we are traveling, we have really appreciated everything so much and really look forward to seeing them again. Shannon and Cote are really wonderful person, really kind and helpful. I had nice days with them and thanks to their suggestion I enjoy day & night in Vina and Valparaiso.See you in Italy!They come to my house in Italy and we had some really funny days. I think they enjoy my mam's food and countryside around my town. hope to see you soon guys!

They are real cute couple. Their love that could continue over borders against every kind of diffuculty reminds me and my love Maria. I know I will succeed with maria like they have done it.
Unfortunately Cote get some cold when he came (he became ill on the way, he did not get cold in my house- I do not accept any of my guests getting ill in my place :P ) and we could not go around so much. But we did have some nice exchange of ideas. Its so provocative to get the motivation of travelling when I see these young couple travelling the world for 10 months! If you are a home cat that is comfortable with your ideas of not travelling, do not deal with them :P

Cote and Shannon, I hope I could show you Turkish hospitality. I could have done better but you were staying too short :( And you forgot the Apple Tea in here, I hope you had the chance of picking one from the airport.

a nice international cooking interchange xperience!!! they came in a moment in which raise elbow was a must and sure we did! the only turn down was they didn't try local meals like octopus and i had to face the whole dish :) and once again we could find how things that you think that are only usual in yer area also happen in far away places.

Hosting Shannon and Cote was a unique opportunity and a wonderful experience They made it, they did go RTW! and they were really generous and proactive sharing their knowledge of it with us. We also went around and had a great time together. It's a pity it was so short. And you know what? They already have a plan to repeat the RTW trip in 2010! You are brave guys! I wish we can make it someday. All the best, hope to see you in Chile or the States soon.

Unfortunality I wasnt able to host them. but we meet for to have some tea, I try to inform them as mush as i can. But I had two Australian couchsurfers so we are all had nice chat. When I have the possibility I will definitly will visit them...

Started chatting to these guys and Shannon and I grew up very close to each other which was really cool. They have lots of great stories and advise and great people to talk to.

There's no way in wich I can explain how lovely, nice, interesting, outgoing, sweet, amusing,charming [...] are they! It was fantastic have them here. I loved the days they spente here in Napoli and I hope to see them again. Have a Great Journey! See you in Val Paraiso :D

Cote & Shannon are lovely guests and on their way around the world, they stayed at our home. Very interestings histories about their travel and very good experiences as well. Sure, we will see each other again somewhere in the world that they know a little bit better. Bests!

Shannon and Cote are a sweet and nice couple. We couldn't share a lot of time together, but I felt that they are trustworthy and reliable people, who love travelling and meeting people. I am very glad that they appreciate stayiing in my house and my quick night guided tour in Torino.

these two are pure gold! they treated me and my friend like family for a week in there apartment which has the most amazing view! they then travelled to NZ and stayed with my mother! I hope i will see them again soon!

amazing couch. My friend Oscar and I spend two days with Shannon and Cote while travelling through Chile. They really special people, very friendly and full of life. I hope to offer them a good couch in return when they visit Europe.

Great Hosts. Shannon and Cote hosted me. We had a great time talking about our travels, and Shannon is into photography, which lead to a lot of interesting discussions.
