The time we spend on this earth is too short not to take the best of it. So, as part of this "living" I take care of my friends, of which so many are from very remote places. And specifically when I travel --or stay at somebody's house--, my rule is respect and "where you go, do as you see", applied to every little thing, even to how one likes a tomato being cut for a salad.
