Personal Descriptioni hum. i smile a lot : ) i sing while riding my bike (and much of the rest of the time too), laugh loud, give good hugs, always take short cuts but go out of my way to explore, dance in the rain (swim in the rain, hike in the rain..). i like to get up with the sun, but love socializing into the night, love halloween and christmas best, experiment with cooking and like cooking for people, miss my little cousins in seattle, believe in no god despite having much faith in the future, am liberal, support environmentalists (not ecoterrorists). i always scope out trees and structures for climbing, and climb often. i'm not big on shopping, but enjoy grocery stores, bookstores, outdoor stores and home improvement stores (and costco on the weekends for free-sample lunches!) i like to bury myself in laundry just out of the dryer, i like boats, i play a mean kazoo (seriously, just ask), i love learning, knowing, textures, sound effects and voices, color, light, the way different canopy layers shift when looking up under trees and walking at the same time. i love campfires, hour long showers, ginger snaps, heaters before dawn in the winter, warm summer nights, sarongs, bandanas and other rectangles of cloth, hot pink toenails, sundae spoons, ribbon jewelry, buffets, potlucks, fluffy soft masses of blankets, laugh attacks, figure skating, game nights with friends, playing dress up, playing around with friends in a pool, in the ocean, a lake, a river.. walking in the night, especially in the desert by moonlight.

to relate to others better and more respectfully, farm skills, how to live off the land more, carpentry, all languages, diplomacy and tact, how to cook more things, how to sew and make clothes etc, orienteering (again), how to juggle better and do other circus skills especially acrobatics, how to sing torch songs, how to teach, how to discipline, how to do a double pirouette and spot without getting dizzy. How I Participate in CS2I have no home, thus no couch, but I hope someday to host as many people as I can! Otherwise, I couchsurf and try to be a good guest to encourage the program, and I tell anyone and everyone I know to join : )CouchSurfing ExperienceI surfed in Denver for 3 days. My fav music: world, especially afro-cuban, caribbean, latin pop. also, COUNTRY, REM, classic rock, select loungy blues, apocolyptic grunge (what i'm calling that music that sounds like it was made in some underground concrete city in some depressing future), and lots of other stuff too, but not screamer rock, jazz or funk.
Movies: any good A or B action flick, romantic comedies, weird movies, sports ones, ones that make you think, futuristic ones.. most any really... Types of People I enjoyPeople who are interested in life and so many things that you never feel like you have heard all they have to say, that they will still say interesting or surprising things. Also, wise people really tapped into kindness and how one should live, or could live, very spiritually and reflectively. Anyone who makes me laugh, or is different or a character. People who know a lot about something I want to learn.Teach, Learn, Shareyou missed the bus, so you'll be late to work. but maybe when exiting that bus you would have been hit by a car and been critically injured. don't be angry if things don't go your way, be ever grateful, for you never Really know what would have happened. it also just feels better.One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Donei can't pick one! I've rappelled a 100m vertical cave and bottle fed a lamb in New Zealand, pet a kangaroo and a koala in Australia. I've gone canyoneering in Utah, zip-lined across a cloud forest in Costa Rica, had my hair stand straight up during a lightning storm in the California Sierras and woken up in a tent covered in black slugs while camping on an island off Washington. I've spent 3 1/2 hours cooking moussaka (a greek lasagna) only for it to come out tasting like the frozen kind : ) I've survived a wicked sandstorm in Black Rock Desert during Burning Man, worked outside in a blizzard of negative forty with 50 mph winds in the rockies of Colorado and hiked in 123 F heat in Death Valley. I've watched dolphins play while my professor lectured in San Diego. I've watched a floating campfire be lit by an arrow lashed with gasoline-soaked tampons : ) I have seen such beauty off the coast of Maine that I couldn't even process it. I could go on, but in short I've been very lucky, and hope to be ever more. Jun 5  Positive Laura is, again about peopole from USA, able to make me dreaming about California and USA in general. She's kind, polite and easygoing.
