Groups I Belong ToCouch Information
Couch Available: Maybe Preferred Gender: Any Max Surfers Per Night: 4
Shared Sleeping Surface: No Shared Room: YesMy couch has now changed from being a spare room to just being space on my floor. I'm sorry that I can not offer any more, but as the house is now full with flatmates there is not much else available.
So if you are looking for a place, please understand that all I have is floor space and not much else. So sleeping bags and maybe sleeping mats would be a good idea.
Also being a poor backpacker, I do not have any sheets, blankets or other things to offer. Hopefully this will change once I start to earn some money.
Please contact me through this website. Those who call me directly on my phone had better have a really good reason (and references) to be considered.
Oh and please understand, I have the view that a couch is a privilege and not a right.
So please use my name in the email that you send me so I know at least that you have read a little about myself, no copy paste emails or I will just make use of that lovely delete button. Turkish Number 05346326683 (*)

After growing up in Perth, never travelling far from home, I finally made a break for it. Since then I have been spending my time travelling, or thinking about travelling.
I can't get enough of seeing new and interesting things. Pushing myself beyond the comfort level and meeting new people all the time.
Currently I am on a sort of longish trip. It all started back in March, in China. From there I have been slowly travelling, generally in a westward direction. Ultimately I plan on getting to Portugal, but between here and there, there will be many detours and alternative routes to be taken.
Oh and I should also point out that since landing in China, all my travels have been via, train, bus, ferry, foot and car. No planes allowed. That would just be too easy.
Hmm I think it is time to update this a little.
I have made it all the way to Portugal, so now it is time for a new goal.
But while I am trying to decide on one, I think I will just continue on travelling for a bit. :-)
Oh and plane flights are back on the menu (they are just too easy and cheap to resist any longer). How I Participate in CS2A few people will have noted that as I travel around, I am organising CS meetings and getting to know people in each city.
But partying is not everything. If anyone has a question(s) I am more then happy to help out. If I can't answer straight away, I will get back to you.CouchSurfing ExperienceSo many to mention.
One of the best was a spontaneous camping trip. With just one days notice, three of us went off for almost a week of camping. Waking up on a beach with the sunrise is a great way to start the day.
With the vagracies of couchsurfing, I have stayed in a wide variety of "couches." From double beds, to air mattresses, couches and even once in a half completed apartment. Now how can you not love that?
Number of times slept in a kitchen: 2
For those of you who are interested, I am trying to keep a little blog about my travelling experience.
