Shared Room: Nowe only host 2 guest one time and two guest in a decker bed and they must be friends 01.We are located in the southeast part of Beijing which is just 2 km south of China World Hotel or half hour to Forbidden city by bus.our building name is U-Space
02.Our place is can be used for office in day and live in the evening. So you need go out b4 8:30 and come back after 21:30(Except Saterday and Sunday). NO people live inside right now.
03.this room is located in the second floor,but in the first floor of the same building,It¡¯s my Cafe house and bar(U-cafe) which I own it.its open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm(midnight) every day and you can take your food and drinks and use internet downstairs whole day.Also ,There is a super market and Mcdonalds around.
04.Our bed is a clean bunk bed. we have blanket
05.No pet and No smoke indoor.
06.We are busy working but we try our best to help you have a good time in Beijing
07.I can host you any time, two nights guranteed.
08.We always originize Chinese backpackers to gather in our Cafe bar and to give them seminar on introducing a special country.So you are welcomed to give the lecture about your country tourism or share your travel experience when you are here in Beijing.
09.Also we hope who come here to live could bring us a special or simple gift from your country or trip as we will put it in our Cafe house(optional)

Oct 15, 2007 Positive george is avery friendly and helpful guy. he speaks really good english and is always available if you need help or information. the room is veru good too, great hot shower, clean wc and very quiet at night. it's a good location, not more than 20 min from the main sites.

He has a good sense of humour and a genuine interest in all things foreign. The accomodation is modern and clean and his cafe is really nice and relaxing! A genuinely good guy. Jul 19, 2006 Great! I stayed with George (his English name) for a couple of nights in April. He is a nice guy and helped us out a lot. He even took me to the hospital!! His spare appartment is nice and has a bunkbed, shower and toilet. Only drawback is you need to be out by 9ish but it'll get you out sightseeing nice and early. If you are a late riser stay at the weekend! The cafe downstairs is a nice place to chill and there are lots of shops/restaurants nearby.
