I am a 30 year old boy who dares to dream and follow them as far as the wind dictates, whether it be by foot, bike, climbing mountains, or riding an offroad motorbike to remote destinations. Adventure is always just around the corner...

PHILOSOPHY

I have decided that the point of this lifetime is to pursue Purpose to its conclusion in the most direct manner possible. Exactly what that is and how to go about it is still under exploration.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Violin solos; Sitar; Opera Songs; digeridoo; african-arabic-latin drumming; electronica such as house, psy-trance, goa, some drum&bass; revolutionary rap and hip hop; indy-rock and some classics like Led Zep; old skool jazz and blues; indiginous waves & tunes; the best is funky reggae and anything I can dance to!

Movies: Kung Fu classics and contemporaries: Original Drunken Master and Bruce Lee stuff...Big Trouble in Little China, Hero is a masterpiece, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Fearless is a new favorite; V for Vendetta; The Matrix; The Matrix Revolutions I think was the most important; K-Pax; Korean Film: Spring Summer Fall Winter and Spring; Korean Film: Shower; Ghandi...any movie with a deep message about human struggle and/or its progression.
I am a sucker for the silly comedies of Jim Carry, Michael Meyers, and Adam Sandler. I also enjoy musicals like Marry Poppins and The Producers.
