ABOUT ME

I am laid back. Praised by friends for my exceptional humor and to be modest about that. I have got interesting interests and I like my friends. But actually, I don't like talking about myself. If you want to know me, just say helo..

I live together with my girlfriend in an old house at the countryside near forest and fields. Cows are our neighbours and it's a paradise for walkers and cyclists. Also the camino to Compostela is passing by the house.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyday is a new day. Whenever you want, you can change direction and bring something new in your life. That's why I enjoy to be in new situations.
I am not the man of big words or blabla. No big deal - easy going. But actually - what is my personal philosophy? I just live this life - I 'try' not to think about it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a couchsurfer, I hope to meet people and to discover a country in a different way - away from the guided trails.
Back home, people from over the world are welcome at my place. I invite them to bring a bit of their culture to my house - I will show them my city (or even my big big country)and may my house and me inspirate them to keep on travelling in a couchsurfing-spirit. Hmm..

At the moment we don't have a room to invite people, but there's a shelter or you can build a tent in the garden.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While couchsurfing in Argentina, I met some great people with other stories than the random travelers. It was really a good decision to start couching!

If you want I can teach you the cardgame 'chinees poepen' - but it's hard to beat me.., to breath in and out at the same time, how to make wormcompost, nice words in flamish,.. At a good eve and you like throwing wooden sticks, we can play Kubb - a game made bij the Vikings.
I wanna learn about photography, jazz, easy things on the guitar, foreign meals, lindy hop,... It will be fine as well to practise my Spanish.
