my couchsurfing experiences have been completely positive; thanks to this site i've met all kinds of people from all over.

I'm interested in good stories, live music, eating delicious vegetarian-type food, riding my bike all around the city, participating in and enjoying athletics... following baseball, NBA, American football, world football ("soccer"); running, playing ultimate, tennis, ping-pong etc. travelling and meeting people from other cultures, of course. i spend a lot of time listening to and going to see live music, reading books and magazines, and watching interesting and stimulating films. making jokes and above all loving life are my main interests.

i love music. my preferences lean towards live improvisational rock and roll, bluegrass, funk, electronica, "world", and anything else that makes me dance and feel happy. I love going to concerts and music festivals.

I cant even begin to list the books and movies that I've enjoyed in my life... Authors I read include Stephen King, Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Klosterman, John Irving, Dave Eggers, and others, and I always enjoy a good documentary or Wes Anderson or Coen brothers film.
