Do your part to spread "The Project"

Perhaps one of the most important things for breathing new life into The CouchSurfing Project is getting new interesting people onboard. The CouchSurfing Project grows mainly by word-of-mouth and referrals (which is personally our favorite way--think globally, act locally), but if we only ran on friend referrals, it's possible that we might miss out on a diverse demographic. For example: wonderful aspiring-CouchSurfers over 60 that we can learn so much from, who might not be in our social circle. So, tell your grandparents about it, as well as, your local magazines, newspapers, and even radio stations. When you get a story placed about CS in your local newspaper or television, tell us! That way we can update the press page and give you credit.

  Here's an easy step-by-step guide to getting the CouchSurfing Project written about in your area...

  Print your own business cards at a local printer or wih VistaPrint.com, or on your computer, yo!

• Posters
  Print 'em out. Hang 'em up. It's an easy way to let folks know all over town. If you can print in color, even better!

  Want to put up some banner ads on your own site to tell your friends about the Project. Check this out...
