ABOUT ME

I'm originally from California, but have been living in Fiji as a Peace Corps volunteer since Oct of 2003. I'll be in Fiji until November of 2005, when I plan to travel for 3-6 months and do some couch surfing of my own. I live at a school on the eastern coast of Viti Levu (Fiji's main island). The school is pretty rural - about 10 miles to the nearest town, but walking distance from a few villages. It's about a 1 - 1.5 hr bus ride into Suva (the capital), which can be reached on day trips. It's peaceful at my house, and worth a SHORT stop.

I have very little money.

I get along with most people and have above average luck.

couch surfed with a guy in Auckland, NZ that I met in Fiji over a 2 day period. He had quite a nice family, and equally nice food.
