Two dish enthusiasts should be on duty each day. Your responsibility is simple yet hugely important. After the wonderful Cook du Jour has created their masterpiece in the kitchen, you get the important task of returning the kitchen to a clean state for the next day's adventures.

Or in other words, you get to do the dishes!

It's nice if you can leave the kitchen as tidy as possible, so when the first people get up the next morning (possibly before you) they find a clean, tidy kitchen in which to enjoy their breakfast.

This is a daily job, so please check the board to see when you're up.
