House Coordinator

The house coordinator is the person who keeps the Collective together. They are the centre point, the mother figure, the grand daddy, the big cheese. They oversee the arrivals, departures, handle finances, food shopping, the cars, and so on.

The house coordinator should be notified of anyone who wants to come to the collective, they will know how many people are already scheduled for that period and will know if there is space for the person or not.

Any problems should be reported to the Status Checker or the house coordinator if the status checker is not available. If you need food, have dietary requirements, find something broken, want to use a car, are planning an event, or anything along those lines, see the house coordinator.

Should you have any issues with the house coordinator, you can contact a house mediator to assist with the situation. Everyone is at the collective to enjoy themselves, so try to resolve any minor conflicts quickly, with a house mediator if necessary, and avoid small conflicts becoming big conflicts.

The house coordinator is an ongoing position and changes infrequently. The person should have a good deal of collective experience and good organisational experience, among many other wonderful qualities! :)
