You make sure the content that needs to be passed in is, well, passed on. Gather it through pressure if you have to, but a summarization of information on what's been happening in the following departments needs to be given to the person writing the Newsletter:

- Member Services Team - Design Team - Communications Team - Community Team - Tech Team

A summary of how the Collective is going on as a whole is also necessary. Add a cute photo, some html formatting, and poof! You have a newsletter that looks something like:
