Warsaw (Warszawa) is the capital of Poland, is the biggest polish city as well. There are nearly 300 couchsurfers, many very active. There are also many active members of other hospitality clubs as HC.

Lodz (Łódź) is another big city in Poland, located some 130 km from Warsaw. It is somewhat famous for early-20th century architecture and even more for its lively nightlife. The main Piotrkowska street is lined up with pubs and clubs. Lodz Kaliska is probably the most reknowned of them. It was run by an artistic group of the same name and this sort of bohemian spirit is clearly seen until now. Lizard King is another good place to hit a couple of beers; and you can be sure to hear some great live music at night. [mike_lew]

Cracow (Kraków) is the historical capital of Poland. Great city with unforgettable athmosphere and little arti-style caffees around Main Square and in Kazimierz - old Jewish district. Here you can see king's castle called Wawel situated near Wisla river, many beautiful churches, great architecture, the biggesr Main Square. There are thousands of legends connected with Cracow. In the evening you can enjoy your time in one of the Cracow's pubs or dancing club. What is more you can see Nowa Huta - nowedays it's a district of Cracow, but originally it was ment to be separate city - whole built in socrealistic style, grey, monumental, titanic and very interesting.
