TOC AlignmentHi there. Right now the TOC is always aligned to the right of the page. That doesn't look very good if the city template is used. Because it is always aligned right. Is it possible to change the TOC alignment to the left? Thanks + regards, PeterTL Links to Switzerland and France on the main page

I've fallen in LOVE with the Wiki - fuckin' brilliant!!Luna1
I've been doing some work on the Arizona page, and I discovered that you have a map that defines Yuma into the "Central" part of the state. In fact, Yuma is in the far southwest corner, so coloring it as part of "central" is a bit absurd. The discrepancy appears to have arisen due to an artifact of the type of master map you used which, because it was centered in the midwestern US, depicts Arizona skewed from its true north-south orientation -- thus making the southwest corner erroneously appear to be in a latitude akin to the "central" part of the state. I've already taken the liberty of moving the Yuma text from the Central into the South section, but I can't do anything about the map's coloration or orientation. I'd be happy to help in fixing this, but I don't see that there are tools available to upload a replacement. Link to CS Main PageCould you add a link to the CS main on the Wiki mainpage (or in the menu)? Thanks. --Alex 08:12, 2 December 2006 (EST)
Romanian Wikipediahey guys would you mind if me
Hi There!Hi guys, a lot of time ago (some months...) user Marcus Eder told me about the couchsurfing wiki and asked me if I could help with that. So, now I'm here, I have some experience with wiki and programming so, if you need some help, I'll try to do my best! Ciaooo! Dennis87 01:39, 9 August 2007 (EDT) Big problem : public emailI was editing some pages and right after, I saw at the bottom of the page : "This page was last modified 21:20, 30 September 2007 by myemail@blahblah.fr". This is really annoying and not good at all for my privacy as well as for spams!! Could the developers correct it? --Kremtak 17:28, 30 September 2007 (EDT)

Featured pageHey guys the wikimedia projects all have regular featured articles on the Main page. I think this is a good idea for our wiki. We could have a Featured location every so often either on the main page or the locations guide. What do you say? --Metal.lunchboxTalkCS02:43, 11 November 2007 (UTC) i like the idea... i think it would make most sense on the main page, so we could randomly include featured articles from other categories as well, and people might actually stumple on them... --tomvienna 13:47, 12 November 2007 (UTC) Yeah the stumbling upon is especially important given that users coming in from the main site have no/very limited search ability. --Metal.lunchboxTalkCS 14:30, 12 November 2007 (UTC) well, we could just put up a link to a random page like [[Special:Random|Featured Article]] on the main page for right now, that would be stumbling, but not really a feature :) no, i think the main page should include the title af the page and a really short description. where on the main page should it be put? guess we should squeeze it in the same box with "Welcome to the CouchSurfing Wiki" (top-left). but it should be a seperate template... and by what rule should it be replaced (regularly) with a different feature? it would be most wiki-ish i guess to leave it up to whoever edits it first, maybe with the "rule" to not change it more than once a day, or every 2nd, 3rd, whatever. also, different treatment of "featured location" and "featured article"? there's really interesting stuff on this wiki that many people don't know about, so i woulnd't limit it to locations... shouldn't we discuss this in the group? --tomvienna 12:52, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
