Demetrio Marino is a 22 years old CouchSurfer, city Ambassador for the city of Milan, Italy. He was born in Catania, but he lives in Milan from June 2006. He is a self-proclaimed Hero (even if everyone calls him superhero) who loves play chess, watch wrestling, help organizing CS meetings and take pictures during high jump, giving the impression to fly. Hosting

I've only few experiences, because my flatmates don't want I host people. Ok, but I'm looking for a new place to live. But I hosted:

• Lindsay and her sister Deidra - These two wonderful girls are from Weekes, Saskatchewan, Canada (eh!), but Lindsay lives in Zug (near Zurich, Switzerland) because she works there.

• Emily - My friend Stefano called me, and when I answered I heared her voice. "Stefano, you look.. changed!". A CouchSurfer in emergency is a Couchsurfer to help! And I helped her! She met my friends Mimmo and Susanna, but she fall in love with Elena, that she never has seen. Only god knows why. And her too. She was a excellent guest, and we played chess too. We are 1-0. For me. Yeah!

• Heather - I meet her in Zurich, because we stayed one night by the same host. Then she comes to my hometown, Catania! I hosted her for 3 days. I really enjoyed her presence, and my mother and my father too. My sister seems to be more quite, but I'm sure she has a great fun too. She promised a couch for me in her place, in San Diego, CA. And, you see, I can't regret it..

• Ben - From Seattle. I organized for him a special Aperitivo Meeting. We was 25 person. For sure, he'll enjoyed the time spent with my friends and the guests of my friend. I think he enjoyed that 2 finnish girls too...

• Claire and Sarah - I love France, I leaved a piece of my heart there, so it was a real pleasure to host them. I met her for a Aperitivo, then I invited them at Valsassina BBQ (oooh, yeah, BBQ!) and they enjoyed it! Returned back in Milan, we spent the evening in Cristina's house. The day after, they have to go. What a shame, but they offered me a couch in Bordeaux (until december) and in Paris (from January 08). How, HOW, HOW can I refuse? I still don't know!
