We seem to have a bit of problem with two important things: Communication and Daily Updates. In order to fix this problem, I think we hould implement a new system: Write Down What You Did Today.

Ettiquette

Be specific. The more detail, the better. We can always edit it down. Details are important. If you're outside of the Collecive, our going-ons just sound vague.
Do it everyday. Choose a specific time to do it; that way, you won't forget. How about 9 or 10PM every night?
If you're not here right now for a short period of time (hitchhiking, couchsurfing, whatever), someone should take the responsability to write "absent".
If you're not here, but are working on a project from wherever you are, write "I'm at ___, but I'm working on ____".
If you'll be absent for an extended period of time, write "I'll be away from (date) until (date)".

Write Down What You Did Today

Use this space to write down what you did today, and we'll include it in the Daily Update Summary.
