Contents

Tuesday 27 March

Anu: trying not to get involved with the house situation, catching up on the online stuff, setting up new developers, prioritizing stuff I need to get done in the remaining days of the collective and preparing for takeoff.

Monday 26 March

Anu hitch-hiked to Christchurch (in 5 hour nonetheless :) for a break from the collective over the weekend, ended up in an last-minute bunny-eared CS meeting with local surfers and found a surprise new recruit for the Tech Team :) (as this day had to have some entry plus I've been busting my ass off for the past 2 months and was NOT intending to do much CS stuff but ended up doing it anyway. Some of us still take updating the community of what's actually getting done seriously - sorry but party-stories do not count)

Fri 23 March

Not_Bill: Worked on and completed Logo Design Brief with Jen.

Thurs 22 March

Not_Bill: Worked on Logo Design brief, misc content and graphic editing in collective wiki.

Anu: the daily grind of tech&amb&etc related communications, some coding and missing yet another dinner + hatching plans for an escape ;)

Diane: packed, stored my bike and trailer, turned in my leased laptop, and said goodbye to everyone. I will continue my work from the US.

Weds 21 March

Hillary, Jelena, and Casey check in from the road, getting the update on collective happenings. Like usual, Looks like awesome work is being done in Nelson. We will be doing some remote work, but expect us to be offline until at least March 31.

Not_Bill: Worked on misc graphic samples with Andrew, page design with Chris, then work got cut short by a mandatory house clearing during the landlord visit.

Anu: Tech meeting + notes: Tech Team Meetings and made a nifty little feature to help out with group communication settings while travelling.

Tues 20 March

Not_Bill: Met with Bridgett, Anu, Callum, Chris, etc to streamline and improve "what to expect/contribute" for newcomers to the collective. Edited content, Spruced up graphics.

Anu: meeting with the housemates about better involving new people and subsequent tech improvements to help the house coordinator's job. communications in Brainstorm and other places where my input was necessary (personal stuff, for a change (!!): revisiting my CV for post-collective life planning)

Diane: Worked on setting up Quickbooks for the New Zealand Collective. Watched a video on NonViolent Communication. Took notes. Participated in the discussion which followed. I felt empowered, and it met a need of mine for continued learning.

Mon 19 March

Callum: Updated this page, reviewed Kamel's WordPress code, attended house meeting, promoted fun and joy... :)

Not_Bill: Worked on logo design concepts; participated in house meeting; participated in work-wiki/blog discussion group.

Diane: Attended meeting to streamline CouchSurfing communications and volunteers. Revised the Couchsurfing Chart of Accounts, sent out to the Admins and to Kristen for posting on the CS site. Attended house meeting. Began setting up NZ Quickbooks.

Anu: catching up after some days of rest - patching up meetings, responding to my page ownership issues, the usual back-forth communications, setting up Callum with the blog stuff Kamel had been working on, attending house & wiki vs. blog for collective updates meeting
