Contrary to Germany, you won't find a lot of choice in Toulouse. You can find what you want at the restaurant B12 next to allées Jean Jaurès. They propose vegetarian or vegan food. ;)

I know a great vegan all-you-can-eat restaurant, it is called 'La faim des haricots', 3 rue du Puits vert. Between Capitole and Esquierol. You should try it ;)

There is a vegetarian/vegan buffet in the center near st rome street : " la faim des harricots" And also a vegan restaurant called : "la belle verte " but i dont know where it is located. Hope you will find your happiness
"la faim des haricots" is a good place but carreful its vegetarian not vegan. "La belle verte" is an organic restaurant located 50 Rue d'Aubuisson next to place dupuy. Enjoy

A lovely and rather unknown place is Le Safran (Moroccan food) rue Sainte Ursule. Tell you are vegan as soon as you come in.

And also, the best one : "la belle verte" (a little bit expensive but realy good with bio and local food and big plate. rue aubuisson a coté de saint aubin.

Hi ! there is a vegetarian & oriental restaurant called "Le Safran". Everything is very good ans cheap. it is very nice location. Also it's vegetarian but generally all is vegan except some desserts.

Also you have a vegatarian (not vegan sorry bruh) restaurant with Tibet food ! It's called "Yeti" and you can find it in Rue de la Colombette, it's not expensive, people are very nice and it's really tastefull :)
