Ola, My name is Moniek and i'm borned and raised in Rotterdam. I also lived on many different places. I got a kind of a free-minded life style thing going on. Which means that I like to roadtrip, backpack, do crazy things that a lot of people don't dare to... I like to go bold.. and some may find me a little bit weird, weird but pleasant they say. I love to create things and help all beings whereever I can. I couchsurfed myself some time ago. I was constantly traveling but now I bought a house in Rotterdam and make some trips out.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
To help people of course... Because i've bin helped many times on one of my adventures. I like to to do something back every once in a while for all the good things that happend to me on one of my own travels. It's all about balance (-:

Meine Interessen
I love music... and I tend to go speakerfreakin' (for those who know) every once in a while. I attend to live as conscious as possible. Mostly vegetarian (not always). I do a lot of Self investigating. Most of the books I have have to do with the mind and body or the relation between the two. So... a lot of medical, philosophy, psychology etc books are on my "shelf". Sometimes I paint, sometimes I draw, sometimes I write... sometimes... i do a lot but with dedication. I love nature.. and i'm celebrating that with long walks on the beach or trough the forest... oh and I love to hitchhike and go (wild)camping. Every summer I like to go on a little survival mission in the France Ardens. Sailing is something I love but absolutely adore to do. My dream is to sell my house eventially and buy a little yaght to travel the world.
