ABOUT ME I'm an easy going adventure seeker. I love to play music and go out at night, but this doesn't mean I'm a partier. I am always looking to meet people from other cultures and I plan on spending the next year or two traveling around the world. I have a psychology and music degree and have worked in both fields. I also worked at a suicide hotline and a radio station in the past. I just finished six months of work in Timor Leste, and before that I was in New Zealand for a year.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
Couch surfing to me provides a connection between people that we have lost otherwise. I Like to believe we can trust in one another and share what we have. It runs in line with my values in life, and I love meeting new people.
Musik, Filme und Bücher
Music covers a wide range of genres, but I love jazz and pretty much anything guitar related. Funk is also a huge joy of mine. Herman Hesse, Kurt Vonnegut, Haruki Murakami, jack kerouac, etc... The lord of the rings, and of course many many others.
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I was amazed at the scenery of Peru and the Andes Mountain range. I was equally struck by some of the sculptures in Vienna. I think working in a devloping country like Timor Leste was also a huge event in my life. If nothing else, I certainly have a lot of cool stories from it!
Lehren, Lernen, Teilen
Music, philosophy, and of course, laughter.
Was ich mit Hosts teilen kann
I've got no problem with helping out to cook, clean , or be accommodating in some other manner. If there's an instrument, I will play it for you.
Meine Interessen
I like to go biking, swimming, and rock climbing. I also enjoy plain old exploring and getting out to see the world. The other huge passion of mine is music. I am a guitarist/bassist who has played in the Boston area with a blues/funk band and am currently studying jazz and playing out as much as possible. I dig reading a lot and learning languages. I'm interested in Japanese culture, especially Zen Buddhism and eastern therapeutic methods.
