I am very positive and optimistic and I believe it makes things better in everyone's life and that the more we vibrate good things, the more good things happen. There is a phrase from a famous Brazilian writer who says that "everything is worth it if the soul is not small" with which I identify and try to apply as a philosophy of life, where I can see a reason to be grateful in any situation. I am intense and dedicated and try to apply it both at work and in relaxed and entertaining moments. I consider myself very reflective and lively, I like to meet people and places and learn from the experiences of others.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I see great potential in Couchsurfing for interactions in the world, which can help me both in my academic life and in finding new places. I initially joined Couchsurfing because I will spend a year in Canada at the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus in Kelowna as a Visiting Internship Researcher Student to continue my PhD research and I certainly believe someone can help me with tips and even with a temporary stay until I find a good place to spend a whole year.
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I consider myself musical and eclectic and, depending on the situation, I hear everything from classical and concentration songs to heavy rock, reggaetons, MPBs, Jazz and pop songs. Although I think my life as a reader is affected by my academic life of reading articles and scientific papers, one very good fable I read recently was Animal Farm (George Orwell). Usually fantasy, comedy, science-fiction films that have a good potential for positive thinking interest me. Eventually I laugh more than I'm afraid of in horror movies (which I don't like to watch on my own). Eventually I also watch anime.

Life itself is amazing. And because almost everything in this world is relative, small actions for some people can be viewed as great for others. The opposite can also happen. I'm a good listener but also, depending on the situation, I have good funny stories (or even reflections) to tell and have a good time with my friends

I am an easy going person, respectful and always see positive aspects to be contemplated and celebrated in life. I believe that people usually have something in common that allows them to start good connections. It all depends on one's inclination and purpose.
