After studying agriculture, I travelled in south America, spending a lot of time in land places, and sharing a lot with peasants and also fishermen. It made me aware about the real problem of starvation in the world and the impact of occidental way of life on the development of other places in te world. 8 years ago I decided to become peasant in southeast of France, closed to the Alpes.
