CURRENT MISSION With the UK's pending exit from the European Union (perhaps you've heard about it on the news) potentially taking away my Freedom of Movement around most of Europe, I have decided to try and have visited all 28 of the members before the exit is finalised. In theory, this gives me just over 23 months, one week and five days. Of these 28 countries, I have lived in three (the UK, Italy and Spain) and I have visited a further nine (Denmark- not that I remember it, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, the Czech Republic, Cyprus and the Republic of Ireland). This still leaves me 16 more countries to visit, which may well prove too tricky an order both time- and money-wise. But I'll have a go anyway! If anyone has any suggestions for any of the 16 countries, please send them my way. Where to go, when to go, where to stay. All suggestions welcome. Edit: Down to 10 more! Now been to (in chronological order): Portugal, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Latvia and Hungary. ABOUT ME Love learning new languages, even if it's just a few words I can't remember the next morning. I find them fascinating nonetheless. If you tell me where you're from and I know even one word in your language, I will use it as much as I possibly can! Next on my list is some sign language! Obviously, I love travelling and exploring new places. I find this is always best with a local, or at least somebody who knows the place's ins and outs. This is where you come in ;)
