I am an artist. I'm a passionate, inquisitive, expressive, kind person who lives for art, aesthetics, music, and natural things. I love to explore, be in nature, examine details, and go to historical, desolate, or odd places. Also, art shows and museums of all kinds; making and discussing art. I enjoy being active - hiking, dancing, walking; and taking road trips, going to cemeteries, live shows (especially rock music), flea markets, abandoned places, the ocean at night. I like weirdness. I am health conscious, (nutrition/exercise), vegetarian. *I don't like to be around cigarettes.* I like wine; am a night owl, enjoy sleeping, crafting, camping, looking at flowers and buildings, etc. I make multi-media fine art and commercial art - photography, painting, drawing, installation art, performance, murals, faux finishing, design, production work, video, editing, and copywriting. I have lived in San Francisco, CA for 12+ years. I grew up in Ohio.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I want a more unique and connected traveling experience. I would like to meet the residents of the cities I am going to, not just see the places. I don't have the budget for expensive accomodations, but want to see the world. (When I stay with someone, I also don't mind doing my own thing most of the time, I understand people have normal lives). My experiences with couchsurfing have been really nice and enriching, I'm so grateful. I'm interested in group activities or individual hangouts in my city and while traveling. I'd like to give back to this community and can give suggestions about my city, etc. * It would be rare for me to host because my living situation is not conducive to it, unfortunately. It wouldn't be that comfortable for you, honestly. (See my couch section). It's not out of the question, but I'd need to meet you first. *
