Hi, I'm Jake! I'm easy going, adventurous and always eager to try new things. I just wrapped up a yearlong, 55,000km motorcycle ride from Zagreb to Bishkek (I took the long way). Now in Chiang Mai, Thailand attempting to be a DiGiTaL nOmAd. My greatest joy when traveling is finding peculiar, one-of-a-kind things - like kayaking in a flooded mine 1km underground. I love thrills and spontaneity, but most of the time I'm a mellow, thoughtful person who is into relaxed conversations, napping, pickleball, and crosswords :) I am fully vaccinated, because science.

I absolutely love the people I meet through CS. Their genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and insightfulness never fail to amaze me. I hope I contribute in some small way to that ethos.

Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I've peed on all seven continents, pooped on six, ridden motorcycles on five, and crashed them on four! Edit: I've now ridden on six and crashed on five, but that doesn't flow as nicely.
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
Happy to teach anything I can (photography, guitar, pieces of a few languages). Willing to learn anything!
Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes
