Be aware that your being at home will behave me some extra charges for consumption of water, gas and electricity. Of course you are not obligated to, but the politeness rules wants to have an exchange, and I don't mean just a conversation, which often can not be because one of the two is too busy or tired to coincide by the other, I mean to give me something for the "inconvenience" caused, for example, something typical of you origin country, a bottle of wine, a cheap dinner...
