Building relationships with local people is my favorite part of traveling. There are wonderful people all over the world and Couchsurfing seems like a great way to meet them.
Musique, films et livres
I grew up in a family of musicians, so I've always listened to a wide range of music. I listen to everything from hip hop to classical. My favorite movie is Tombstone. My favorite book is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Besides photography, I enjoy exploring the mountains and beaches in my home state of North Carolina, camping, hiking, mountain biking, basically anything having to do with the outdoors or the arts.
