I'm a creative, easy going and social designer and meditation teacher with a holistic approach to life. I love traveling and exploring my own city where I usually get around by bike. To stay well I dance, meditate, do yoga, eat pretty healthy and I love cooking. Chocolate is my vice and music is my medicine. I love dancing and having a good time with friends from different parts of the world. I jsut moved back to Stockholm after 3,5 years in Berlin but see myself as a citizen of the world :-)

I believe it's a perfect way to see a city or show your hometown and to meet new, curious people with a similar approach to life. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to explore new places and meet new people!
Musique, films et livres
Impossible to fit it all in! And it also depends on my mood and the season. But some of my favourite artists include Ane Brun, Bon Iver, Nina Simone and Joni Mitchell. Movies? There are so many! A recent favourite is Hell or High Water and two of my all time favourites are Cool Hand Luke and Only Lovers Left Alive. My two favourite books are The Power of Now and On The Shortness of Life - mindfulness and classic philosophy.
