I'm new to Couchsurfing. A friend just told me about it so I looked it up on-line and thought it might be a great way to meet people from different parts of the world. Also, I like to travel so having places to stay with people who know the area to which I may travel would be very helpful. I thought I would give it a try and see what happens. I like to be hospitable and thought this would be a great way. I hope so.

A very nice comfortable room on the terrace of my building with an adjoining bathroom. I'm high up in the Andes Mountaines and the view from the terrace is spectacular with a volcano in each direction. Also walking distance to the center of town, cafes, restaurants, ATM machine, markets, churches and bus stops. Cotacachi is approximately two hours north of Quito. There are buses that come directly and leave early in the morning directly for Quito but it's also easy to get the bus to Quito in nearby Otavalo.
