There are a few dishes (mostly Itialian -- from my days working in restaurants) that I can cook well. I know a bit about wine and am a decent editor. I know a little about medicine (more theory than practice) and have some knowledge of disease (particularly infectious disease) at the population level. These last two might not be so translatable. I am interested in learning more about cooking (anything food or beverage related, really) and anything cultural (which is to say everything).
