I love photography and visual art. I love to travel and enjoy bicycling and hiking. I was born in Philadelphia and now live in Washington, DC. Traveling definitely heightens the senses, makes you feel more alive. Everything is that much more accentuated- sight, sound, smell, and other senses as well.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I've hosted about 15-20 times so far. I no longer can host currently.
Musica, film e libri
Movies: Baraka, Being John Malkovich, Momento, Wintersleepers, Run Lola Run, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Dark City, American Beauty, Bus 174, The Fugitive, Hukkle. Music: Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, CAKE, VAST, and basically all kinds of music. Books: Brave New World, The Stranger, Video Night in Kathmandu, Surfing the Himalayas, In a Sunburned Country (lots of travel literature).
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
Studied for a semester in the U.K. which opened up my mind to traveling, seeing other cultures, (in Europe) and becoming more independent and confident in myself. More amazing experiences to come.
