Hello - I'm Dana, as most of the people here, I do like and love to travel and experience new cultures and countries. I'm a open-minded and cordial person. I like to try out new things and sharing stories with others. I do prefer small groups and feeling more comfortable in them than in big groups.

Perché sono su Couchsurfing
On my travels I always meet great people I can learn a lot from. It's always interesting to see how other people see the world, living their lives and get to know what their next adventure will be or what they want to achieve in live. Until now I met people on the trail, on the campsite or in hostels. But I think couchsurfing also might be a great opportunity to meet new people and maybe discover a culture, country or city in a different and unique way.
Musica, film e libri
I do love Folk and Indie music... ... probably those kind of music which is played in movies, where the protagonists drives through the most beautiful landscapes in there van, bike or hike by foot and you can watch their journey from a bird's eye. Irish Folk music is absolutely awesome - especially when the audience is totally into it. Moreover I like musicals, choirs and classical music. One of my favorite book is the "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. You definitely should read ist. I like to read all kind of genres - thrillers, biographie, poems, classical books, etc. If it actually happends that I don't have a new book at hand I always can re-re-read Harry Potter.
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
In 2018 I hiked the St. Olavsway in Norway from Oslo to Trondheim. This was my first ever long distance hike and it was totally awesome. I met amazing people on my way, had great conversations and experienced Norway in a completely different way as before. Foreign people randomly invited me for tea and a pice of cake, heartily welcomed me into their homes, showed me their farms and churches and shared their stories with me. I'm really glad that I have the chance to meet people from all over the world while I'm travelling. Hiking a few kilometres on the trail with people, who came across, going spontaneously to a concert with a girl I met in my hostel room, driving to the Highlands with people I met on a ghost tour or just talking to people I met in the hostel kitchen till late at night. These are a few great memories I collected during the the last years.
