I am Claudie, I live in Bromont, Quebec, Canada I teach yoga, work as a kinesiologist and I do a lot of private consultations for health and wellness as part of yogatherapy program. I am a social person who enjoy life, new experiences, travel, meeting new people and especially the beauty of nature around the world. I love to cook vegetarian food, share moments with friends and family, salsa dancing, hiking, camping and good conversation.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing
I started this experience when I traveled with my boyfriend across Canada. It was amazing and I will never forget each places we stayed, each people we met and connect. This service is perfect. I feel we should always give and share more when we have the possibility =)
Muzyka, filmy i książki
I like any kind of music depending on the situation. I really like indie rock, jazz, electronic music and latin music! My favorite movies are drama, quebec movies and animation movies. Actually, I am reading meditation, yoga and mindfullness books.

I think the amazing thing I've done is a course in college i did when I was 18 years old. It was an 18 days of outdoor activities and this experience changed the way I am. It shoes my all the opportunities we can do in life and how important it is to overcome fear.

My interests are : Backpacking, hiking, camping, surfing, rock climbing, snowboarding, skiing, and all those outdoor activity sports :) I also have a passion for yoga as well.
