It's one of the most interesting ways to travel from what I've heard. It got recommended to me by to friends who did their gap year travels mostly via couchsurfing, so I thought Why don't I try it?

O know It's really cliché but I listen to everything but German Volks Musik. At the moment I'm really into 80s music but 2000 rock will always have a place in my heart. I've had a techno (especially Hardstyle), Hip Hop, and Metal phase, there are some old American country songs I like, I love classical Music (especially Vivaldi). I'm also somewhat into Opera my favourite one so far would be la Boheme, but there are just so many individual arias to love especially if we are talking about Puccini. Oh wow I've typed so much and haven't even arrived at books. Books: I have to read a lot of philosophy for university but apart from that I'm mostly interested in classics. I mean I've read and loved Harry Potter and all the other YA fiction novels of our time, but recently my taste in literature has drifted more towards boring these boring long classics like: Lolita, Pride and Prejudice, Homo Faber, Angela's Ashes...... There are a bunch more I want to read and haven't read so far though. And I should lie to miself I'm still somewhat into fantasy. I've read every single Game of Thrones Book, and I'm a huge Tolkien fan. Seriously I must have read the LoTR trilogy about 3 times and I even made my way through the Silmarilion twice. My taste in movies is also pretty varied I'm into various franchises, Mostly: StarWars, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Disney Princess movies.... You know what I'm just gonna name my favourites and I'll let you judge for yourself. Toplist in no particular order: Paper Moon, Mad Max Fury Road, The Lord of the ring's trilogy, Spirited Away, Inside out, Zootopia, Schindler's List (had a huge emotional impact on me so I put it in here), Pride and Prejudice, Léon: The Professional.
