My favourite thing to do is meeting new people and making new friends from around the world, as I love to chat and to learn! While I would hope this would happen day to day during travel, often it doesn't, so Couchsurfing seems like a way for this to happen. I am relatively new to Couchsurfing (had an account but never used it), however, I really like the concept as it theoretically allows for much better cultural engagement, and the ability to learn about the place I'm visiting from a much more authentic angle (escape the unnecessary tourist traps to get a feel of each place I go).

I can share lots of fun travel stories, interesting perspectives on the world, people I have met in it. I am also a fun person and like to socialize, and party so can share some good dance moves (if you like to stand out haha). I am a swimming teacher so can give you a swim lesson or help you brush up on your different strokes if you're a good swimmer but want to get faster. I also love singing so am happy to entertain (I don't play an instrument though so I may need some help, or acapella for the win). I am very interested in the world and current affairs so if you're up for it have lots of time to chat about the culture, the world and our place in it. I also like to cook, and can mostly cook dishes from the Asian continent for you.
